Dar\u00fcber hinaus bildet unser vollst\u00e4ndig implementiertes Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementsystem die Grundlage f\u00fcr die zuverl\u00e4ssige Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung der Qualit\u00e4tsmerkmale in organisierter und reproduzierbarer Form.<\/p>\n

Dabei wird prozessorientiert vorgegangen; also in allen Bereichen des Unternehmens, vom ersten Kundenkontakt \u00fcber alle Fertigungsstufen bis hin zur Endkontrolle und Auslieferung der Produkte, werden die einzelnen Schritte in ihrer Komplexit\u00e4t als eine funktionierende Einheit betrachtet und gesteuert. Das Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementsystem als Organisationsprinzip beruht auf den Anforderungen der ISO-Norm 9001:2015 und wurde 2024 vom erfolgreich neu zertifiziert Bureau Veritas<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der von unseren Kunden geforderten Produkteigenschaften treffen wir eine Reihe von Ma\u00dfnahmen, um die Fertigung zu unterst\u00fctzen und die Qualit\u00e4t zu sichern.<\/h3>\n

Im modernen Werkstofflabor werden spezielle, anerkannte Verfahren zur zerst\u00f6renden und zerst\u00f6rungsfreien Werkstoffpr\u00fcfung fachgerecht durchgef\u00fchrt. Kunden k\u00f6nnen das Labor mit der Durchf\u00fchrung individueller Pr\u00fcfverfahren zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung beauftragen.<\/p>\n

Im Laufe des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses achtet Swissmetal Industries nicht nur auf die Qualit\u00e4t seiner Produkte, sondern auch auf die Auswirkung seiner Betriebe auf die Umwelt. Zur Begrenzung der \u00f6kologischen Folgen seiner T\u00e4tigkeit erhielt das Unternehmen 1994 das erste ISO 9001-Zertifikat und 2003 das ISO 14001-Zertifikat.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2024 haben beide Produktionsstandorte von Swissmetal Industries, Reconvilier und Dornach, die Zertifizierungen nach ISO 14001 und ISO 9001 f\u00fcr ihre Umweltmanagementsysteme erfolgreich erneuert. Dies ist das Ergebnis der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen, eines rationellen Umgangs mit Ressourcen sowie der Minimierung von Umweltrisiken und -auswirkungen.
